PES celebrates its 25th anniversary since its founding in 1994. The 25th Anniversary Gala Dinner was held on 8 November 2019 (Friday) at the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre Hotel. A total of 120 members and friends of PES attended the Gala Dinner.
To commemorate the event, awards were presented to various individuals and organisations to recognize their contribution and support for PES and the Singapore pavement industry over the past 25 years. The following award winners based on the respective category and criteria are as follows:
a) Award: PES Excellent Long Service AwardCriteria: Awarded to a member who has served as PES Council Members for 25 years or more.

Mr. Daniel Tan
b) Award: PES Pavement Engineering Contribution Award
Criteria: Awarded to an individual who has, in the opinion of the PES Council, made significant contributions, achievements and impacts to Singapore pavement industry in pavement technology, construction, R&D, productivity, innovation etc.

c) Award: PES Long-Term Industry Partner Award
Criteria: Awarded to an organization, institution or individual who has provided support to PES in donations or in kind for:
At least two major events in the last 5 years, and
At least four major events in the last 10 years, and
At least six major events in the last 15 years.
