1st SAPM 2024 in Singapore 1st SAPM 2024 The 1st SAPM was held in Singapore on 24-25 Sep 2024. The two-day conference was jointly organised by Changi Airport International and Pavement Engineering Society (Singapore), and supported by the Centre for Transportation Research of the National University of Singapore. The conference was held at Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel and Park Avenue Changi Hotel on 24 Sep 2024 and 25 Sep 2024 respectively. The conference organizing comm
