The 31st Singapore Symposium on Pavement Technology (SPT 2026) is back — bringing together industry experts, practitioners, researchers and stakeholders to exchange insights on the latest developments, innovations, and best practices in pavement engineering.
The Pavement Engineering Society (Singapore) (PES) and the Centre for Transportation Research (CTR) at the National University of Singapore are honoured to jointly organise this annual symposium, with LTA Academy as a supporting organisation. As established non‑profit entities committed to the advancement of pavement technology for road, airfield, and industrial applications, PES, CTR, and LTA Academy continue to play a pivotal role in promoting technical excellence within the industry.
